VedaInfer

VedaInfer

A hypothesis test is a small argument: a claim, the evidence, and an honest verdict. This workbench makes each step visible. It helps you choose the right test, checks the assumptions before you trust it, shows the arithmetic rather than only the p-value, and reports the effect size beside it, because a significant result and an important one are not the same thing.

Open your own

A CSV with the columns you want to test. VedaInfer types them, and the real scipy and statsmodels run in your browser; your file never leaves your machine.

Two kinds of test, one workbench. The tests you RUN to answer a question (is there a difference, a relationship) and the DIAGNOSTIC tests you run to decide whether you are even allowed to trust the first kind (is this normal, is the variance equal, is it stationary). Most people skip the second kind. This one makes it hard to.
