Create a .dvx object

Load a paper, click each block to write its explanation, and export everything as one portable .dvx file. Your paper never leaves this browser.

Start from a Word file

Upload a .docx. The paper is split into clickable blocks: paragraphs, headings, tables, and images. Equations and unusual layouts may need a manual touch-up; the block editor covers that.

Start from Markdown

Upload a .md file. Headings level 1 and 2 become sections; the rest becomes paragraph blocks. Images and tables are not imported from markdown in this release.

Continue a draft

Open a .dvx you exported earlier (finished or not) and keep working on it. Also the way to revise a finished object.

Preparing your Word file: use Word's built-in Heading 1 style for section titles, and start the document body with one (put the paper's title and author in the creator's details form, not in the body). Content that appears before the first heading lands in an "Untitled section", which you can rename, or delete block by block, after upload. See GUIDE.md for the full checklist.
