R provides us with a range of libraries through which the various statistical concepts explored in the Theory section can be put to use.
For Descriptive Statistics, a range of inbuilt commands are enough to calculate Measures of Frequency, Central Tendency, Variability and Shape, along with creating various kinds of graphs. For Inferential Statistics, inbuilt libraries can be used for performing various kinds of t-Tests, F-Tests etc; however, for certain tests such as Z tests, a function needs to be created. A number of hypothetical datasets have been used to demonstrate the use of R for performing various Descriptive and Inferential Statistics.
This section also covers the application of Univariate and Bivariate Analysis, which has been covered in the Theory section of 'Data Exploration and Preparation' as it uses the concepts of Descriptive and Inferential statistics only.
